COmmunity and values

Community

NNP is a great way to connect and although business is always a good reason to make new connections, our aspiration is that our members and supporters  connect over thought, ideas and ideology - This is important in elevating the quality of our societies and how they best serve people from all strata of Nigerian life, when we give  thought, ideas, and ideology their proper place and value.

NNP supports a variety of community focused events from  formal ceremonies to acknowledge  Nigerian accomplishment to informal gatherings such as dinners (a.k.a. Abula conventions) organized between members in the homes or in public spaces to promote interaction over history identity, culture and experience.

This page will have to be renamed one day for sure. It might have started out as nostalgia, but now it's gripping history with rich insight. Has to be the best single source for Nigerian history. We see greatness, missed opportunity, possibilities and the long thread of that particular spirit and attitude that defines Nigeria

Of everything I have come across on Facebook, our own NNP has been the most rewarding thing.I originally came on FB because Dakota Arms new owner erased our "Trophy Room"......I never knew FB would bring so many of us Nigerians at home and abroad together.....my prayer is that Nigeria can become a place where people treat public funds and elected office as a "sacred trust"......this is the moral of the contributions on the NNP........

... One cannot overemphasize the significance of making knowledge available to African audiences in this era of global knowledge politics.

I stumbled on this page and spent hours going through the pictures and could not finish them. Great idea, educative, informative as well as entertaining. Will be back. It though reaffirmed the fact the South West Nigeria is several years ahead of the rest of Nigeria in many ways. Instead of fighting ourselves and segregating along ethnic and religious divides, we all should try to catch up with our brothers in the West. Long live Nigerian Nostalgia, long live Nigeria. Brilliant idea!!!
