If you are a representative of a corporation/institution/foundation/Government agency and you have in your possession a volume of photos, film or other documents that need to be electronically preserved, you may submit a sample(s) or a description of the collection with estimated quantities or volumes in the message and NNP will contact you to arrange preservation procedures.
